Terms of Service
Property Readiness & On-Site Conduct
Properties must be fully prepared for photography prior to my arrival. No pets or persons other than the agent should be present during photography or videography. If the property is not ready, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, which may incur a $75 rescheduling fee or a $150 on-site disruption fee if work must continue around pets, people, or cleaning.
Creative Direction & Approvals
The property is photographed as-is unless otherwise arranged in advance. Creative direction is based on the photographer’s professional discretion unless specific requests are made prior to the shoot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incident, or weather conditions, we will reschedule the appointment without any additional fees or discounts. Otherwise, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Revisions and Adjustments
Minor revisions to photos may be requested within five (5) business days of delivery. Up to 15 photo edits are included if site time is based on hourly billing. Additional edits will be billed at $5 per image.
Video projects include one (1) round of revisions. Additional rounds are $150 each.
Music changes require a full recut and will be billed at $150.
Revisions requested after final delivery are subject to additional charges.
Harassment Policy
Clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment. Any form of harassment, threats, violence, or unsafe conditions will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
No Refunds and Adjustments Policy
All sales are final once services are rendered and/or digital assets have been delivered. Downloading, publishing, or otherwise utilizing any of the media constitutes full acceptance of the work and licensing terms. Hiring another photographer or subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund.
