When you choose my real estate photography service, you’re selecting a professional who cares deeply about both the quality of the work and the unique circumstances that come with selling a home. Service Details:

On-site Appointment: No time limits, no minimums or maximums, all with photographer Chad Jones.
Equipment: Full-frame mirrorless Canon body and professional L series lenses, including Tilt-Shift lenses when needed.
Image Delivery: Digital images delivered next day, with MLS, print (300 dpi), and web-ready formats. Rush delivery by 9am is available as an add-on.
Image Quality: All photos are edited to meet my 14-point standard of excellence, including vertical/horizontal straightening, highlights/shadows adjustment, spot/object removal, and enhanced window/fireplace views.
MLS & Platform Assistance: I can help upload images to MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, your website, and property websites. I'm here to assist with any technical needs.
Lighting Challenges: While extreme lighting conditions may cause overexposed or underexposed areas, I do my best to minimize these effects.
Hosting Platform: I offer assistance with downloading images and updating your virtual tour.
