Payment Policy

Credit Card Payments:

I accept most major credit cards with a 4% administrative fee. If you wish to pay by credit card please reply to your invoice email, and I will enable this option.

Payment is required prior to the delivery of any images, including final files, proofs, contact sheets, or previews, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Payments not received within this timeframe may be subject to a 10% late fee. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, Chad Jones Photography, Inc. reserves the right to revoke all image usage rights, disable any included upgrades, and issue a DMCA takedown notice to the MLS. A cease and desist notice may also be issued to the client and the associated broker.

No Refunds and Adjustments Policy
All sales are final once services are rendered and/or digital assets have been delivered. Downloading, publishing, or otherwise utilizing any of the media constitutes full acceptance of the work and licensing terms. Hiring another photographer or subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Payment Terms
Please make your payment within 15 days of the invoice date. Payments not received within this period will incur a 10% late fee. After 30 days of non-payment, I reserve the right to revoke the use of any photographs provided and seek legal means to reclaim any fees unpaid. All Sales Are Final.
